2018 ‘Kittenhood’ photography competition overall winning image – photographed by Lindsey Chadwick from the UK
‘A gorgeous Queen and her four kittens unexpectedly arrived with us when their previous owner could no longer take care of them. The mum was called Coffee so the kittens were promptly christened Americano, Mocha, Cappuccino and Latte. Each had their own very unique characters. Mocha was definitely the most grown up of the crew – she would keep a watchful eye over her siblings, especially Cappuccino who was always getting herself into some scrape or another. She’d wear herself out with all her mischievous antics. They were all happily rehomed to new families.’
Lindsey’s winning image features on the cover of the 2019 Kittenhood Calendar which is on sale to raise funds for International Cat Care’s welfare work.
