The following is a guest story submitted by Terry:
After loosing our previous cat to cancer several years ago, I was longing for another companion.
While checking out our cat rescue website, “Forgotten Felines”, I fell in love with the picture of a handsome tuxedo cat named Ridge.
We had our interview, visitation and home trial in late December. We formally adopted Ridge December 26, 2020.
Ridge is a handsome tuxedo cat and he knows it.
He is an independent spirit, but lets us know in very specific terms what he desires.
While being an independent cat he is quite shy around strangers. He tends to warm up to other cat people.
Ridge enjoys his catnip toys when he is not sleeping on our couch,
or sunning himself in the window.
When not napping, he is very athletic, jumping chairs in a single bound and “flying” onto the couch.
Ridge is a loving cat who brings us much happiness and joy.
Love is a cat named Ridge.
