Oliver’s Blast from the past: Work? I don’t think so!

Hi friends and humans,

So one of these days my local human decided that he would WORK at home! Can you believe it? I mean come on he is meant to play with me and cuddle with me!

Attempt No.1 to stop work and reduce efficiency! Sleep on laptop keyboard. But apparently that still didn’t stop him…

Attempt No.2 Look all cute and cuddly and innocent while blocking laptop… and yet he managed to distract me with a feather toy…

Attempt No.3 Royal Feline position! While randomly typing messages on Lync with my paws =D. This time he distracted me with a mouse toy…

And after that I was just way too tired to further distract him. LOL

  1. My Oliver would sleep on the top of my big ol’ crt monitor, with his little vandyke beard tuft hanging over the edge. I always *had* to touch it…a different kind of work distraction. 🙂

      1. Oops, I don’t think I finished that comment, but you got the gist of it 🙂 Ollie actually overheated that monitor more than once, by sleeping on the vents, LOL Gosh I miss his little face just about every day. 🙂

  2. But for these photos, Marc-André, didn’t you take away time to your work at home? 😕
So Oli was absolutely right! You had time enough to cuddle him and to play his favorite game: the jackal attack 😀

  3. Of course he does not want to work. That is your job and then you BUY him everything he wants (and needs!) Cats have the best life if they have a great guardian and your cats are ROYALTY with you!!

  4. Tess loves to do that…and more! In the past few weeks, she has taken to sitting on my keyboard, my books, in front of the TV, in front of my BEDROOM DOOR, on my HOMEWORK…and recently her new place is on the box in front of my bedroom window every morning, which makes getting ready for school a little hard because I don’t want to move her!

  5. Oli – The best way I have found to distract my human from the computer is to either put it in airplane mode or disable the touchpad. They don’t think you are able to do either thing so they give up and play. Hope this helps. Kommando Kitty
