International Cat Care and Cat Care London
are delighted to invite you for an unforgettable evening
on the Thames barge the Lady Daphne
Leaving from London City Pier on Thursday 30th July, 17.45–21.00hrs
Come and join us for an exclusive cat lovers’ summer evening cruise on the Thames on the magnificent Lady Daphne (the boat pictured above) in support of the cat charity International Cat Care.
Leaving London City Pier, we will head downriver and under Tower Bridge which will open exclusively for us! On board will be a wine and canapé reception and we will be joined by best selling international author and cat behaviour expert Vicky Halls, who will talk about her new book ‘The Bluffers Guide to Cats’ – a fun guide to understanding your cat. You will also have the chance to put your own cat behaviour questions to Vicky. International Cat Care supporter Agria Pet Insurance will also be aboard to answer any pet insurance queries you may have. We will return to London City Pier at 21.00hrs.
This is an exclusive event with just 35 places available. If you would like to experience a magical evening surrounded by fellow cat enthusiasts, a world famous author and have the iconic Tower Bridge open just for you, then please book your place as soon as possible, with all RSVPs needed by Friday 17th July.

About S.B. Lady Daphne
S. B. Lady Daphne is one of the most famous of London’s classic wooden vessels still sailing. 91 feet long (28 meters), 21 feet wide (6.5 metres), built in 1923 at a gross tonnage of 117 tonnes, able to transport 220 tonnes of cargo, Lady Daphne was one of the many thousand Thames sailing barges built for the English coastal trade from the 18th century until the middle of the 20th century. |
