Family Pet Show 2018: Meet Street Cat Bob, Felix and More!

Hi everyone,

As some of you may know from following our Show Calendar we will be having a stall at the fabulous Family Pet Show in Manchester this year.

The show offers a great day out for adults, kids and families alike with a variety of entertainment and talks in addition to the various stall holders like us offering fantastic products for our fur-friends at home.

This year also sees a number of special events at the show. For one people will have a chance to meet James Bowen and Street Cat Bob! We are huge fans of James & Bob and are looking forward to meeting up with them again.

Additionally, there is a very unique experience from Felix at this year’s show. Visitors will be able to immerse themselves into a virtual world with Felix the mischievous cat (that happens to look like Oliver without his beard ;)! ) appearing for some antics.

Those of you that are looking for a traditional cat show will also be delighted to hear that LondonCats is hosting one of their International Cat Shows at this year’s event!

We hope to see some of you all at our stall in the Cat World, our stall will be located opposite the Felix experience and Street Cat Bob! And if there is anything in particular you’d like us to bring along from our online shop let us know.

Full details from the organisers below.

Thanks,

Marc

Felix Comes Alive at the Family Pet Show 2018

The Family Pet Show returns to Manchester this year on the 6th and 7th of October, and we are delighted to announce that Felix, the Number One pet food* in the UK, will be giving visitors the unique opportunity to interact with Felix through augmented reality as he gets up to mischief.

Guests will be able to sit in the lounge whilst Felix jumps on their lap or winds around their legs as he did a few weeks ago in Birmingham.

If you love James Bowen and Streetcat Bob you might just be lucky enough to catch them sitting on the Felix sofa!

Back again for the second year is the wildly popular LondonCats International Cat Show! Visitors will be able to see all their favourite breeds like, Maine Coon, Bengal and British Shorthair and see a few unique ones like the Lykoi (werewolf cat), Sphynx and Toyger! The show is licensed by TICA (The International Cat Association) which is the world’s largest genetic registry of pedigree cats, the largest registry of household pet cats, and one of the world’s largest sanctioning associations for cat shows.

Wish I could join you but as you know my current circumstances do not permit. I do think this would be my kind of cat show. I’ve only been to the cats in cages, do not touch kind.
Glad you are having a table/booth…good luck with that and have a fabulous time!

Hopefully one day you can join us at one of our shows here. Most associations make a huge effort in dressing up the cats pen in themes. I got some lovely doctor who and Star Trek themed sturdy shots somewhere. It’s all about making the cat comfortable of course between displays but it has to be fun for visitors too. 🙂

Aw I wish I could come out and see. I love James and Bob. And so many other fun events! But I’m in the Sates. So I will wish you all a good time and watch from afar!
