Competition: Cats vs dogs vote plus UK prize draw

Hi everyone,

We need YOUR help to sway this vote towards the cats. At the moment the dogs are coming out on top in this fun prize draw competition by Sainsbury’s Bank.

For those of you in the UK – This is a fun little vote to see who truly rules the internet and also gives you the chance to win £250 worth of Sainsbury’s vouchers. If you are not in the UK you can still vote and help us win though! 😀

But hurry we have to make sure cats are on the top by the 5th of August!

Thanks,

Marc

It depends on your living situation. Cats require smaller living space than a large dog. Dogs are better for protecting it’s owner’s property and family. If you have land, a dog would be preferable. Apartment dwellers probably should stick to cats.

I cast my vote … and think that whoever chose the photo skewed the contest to attract dog lovers. I mean, look how big that dog is compared to the kitten! At least, the actual jpgs where I voted looked equal.

Even though I’m in the U.S., I voted cats. Dogs are really great, if you have the time to devote to them, as much as they devote to YOU. I’ve never gotten up at 3:00 in the morning to let a cat outside to pee! LOL!

Cats are a first chose but I also love the puppy dogs. And given a choice honestly I would have both. But someone made the comment about dogs being better protection, I would agree but I have a cat with a Napoleon complex, nothing and no one can get near the windows without her trying to rip the windows apart trying to get what she thinks is an invasion. She will even get her brother started. So I think even cats can be just as protective as the dogs, and you hear the stories of cats protecting their owners.
