That hit home, especially the hug n bite. Maggie’s name at the shelter was Snap – as in Snap, Crackle, Pop. She had sisters ……….. and I had to have Snap ——– all teeth and claws.

  2. mvaden1948 says:

    I always knew it!
I had a cat that would always disappear at the same time each evening for about an hour. I said he had gone to communicate with his home planet.
My husband asked me to please not say that in public.
    Who’s the crazy one now?

Thanks for visiting our site and following our adventures… Love this post, especially the “quivering butt” and “chirping at birds” truths – that’s our ship’s cat Bengie to a T.

  4. ktcatpaws says:

we know why the cats are hiding. They’re ninja cats! Probably hiding in the chair right in front of you. Watching….Waiting..
Probably laughing at you cause you cant see them.

    Hehe…KT

Haha. That is so true. Last night we thought Oliver snuck into our guest room (got someone over atm) and actually he just vanished into thin air waiting for us to open the door and sneak in!!!! Lol

  5. mrsmrs says:

Ignore the Swami, Marc-André – he’s that polite to everyone (aren’t you, Swami Yesudas ?) 😀

This is a piece of ridiculous fun, and I laughed like anything.
In truth, if it’s true that my moggy’s occasionally biting me and drawing blood is merely play, I need to know why none of my other mogs has ever done this. Sighh …

Cats are definitely their own selves and no amount of coaxing can change them.I think they just tolerate us humans, women more than men and if we didn’t feed them, could live without us. Thanks for stopping by my blog

Reblogged this on Contrafactual and commented:
Pickles and Hillary jump up on me when I sit on the reclining sofa (most photos are taken fro this vantage point) and immediately present their asses for inspection. I always figured they were so young when I rescued them (orphaned as they were) that they think I’m their mother.

Love your blog! Notice other people have reblogged it, so I assume that is okay with you. Just don’t want to “steal” it from you. 🙂 I have a blog (Cats Rule) that I would like to transfer it to. Here’s the link if you would like to check it out. http://sammythesupercat.blogspot.com. Also do the same blog on WordPress. Love to have you as a guest sometime.

  9. Danni Mae says:

Love this blog! Especially the very first picture which is actually my cat. You didn’t know it when you drew it. But it’s my Finky. Following you now via feedly.

When I was born, there was already a pair of Siamese in residence who had a preference for sleeping in the crib… I’ve never met a cat I didn’t love and am anxious for Pablo to move in when he is big enough to leave his mother. 😉

Thank you for choosing to follow both of my blogs. :)) Léa
